The Varsity Girls Basketball team won 53-39 on Friday night at North Branch. Ashlyn Upton lead another solid team effort with 15 points, 7 steals and 3 assists. Meya Drob scored 10 and had 7 rebounds, followed by Hailey Schramm with 9 points and Alayna Nowik with 7 points. Emma Cleland scored 5 points to go along with 5 rebounds, Ella Sutton and Claire Sniesak each scored 3 and Meg Kubik 1 to round out a balanced scoring attack. The Victory improves the teams BWAC record to 3-1 and overall record to 6-3 heading into a non-league game Monday at Oakland Christian followed by a rivalry game at Richmond on Thursday.
