The Team opened 2022 with a well earned victory over previously unbeaten Algonac in a game played at Armada High School gymnasium. The girls fought back from an early deficit and lead 26-25 at half time. Ashlyn Upton scored 15 followed by Meya Drob with 10, Claire Sniesak had 5 pts and 6 rebounds and Alayna Nowick, in her first game back, scored four points and had five rebounds. Ella Suttun pulled down 12 rebounds and had 7 assists to go along with 3 points. The win was a total team effort with 9 players scoring for the Tigers! The team travels to North Branch on Friday night for another important BWAC matchup.
