The Varsity Girls Basketball team lost to Imlay City last night 47-29 in both teams BWAC season opener at Armada High School. The Tigers were lead in scoring by Freshman Ashlyn Upton with 8 points to go along with 10 rebounds and 3 assists followed by Hailey Schramm with 7 points and Meya Drob with 5. Ella Sutton pitched in with four points, Sydney Upton 3 and Darrah Mackenzie 2 to round out the scoring. Claire Sniesak had a strong defensive game with 10 rebounds. The team hosts Almont on Friday night.
