In boys basketball the Tigers beat Lamphere last night 69-29. Armada lead 32-14 at the half and rolled to the win behind a strong defensive effort. The win moved the Tigers record to 2-1. Mitch Ruczynski lead the Tigers with 16 points, and 4 rebounds, Logan Newlands and Dylan Szafranski each had 12 points. Logan also collected 6 rebounds and Dylan 7 steals. Adam Job had 10 pts, 5 steals and 5 assists. Drew Davis 4 points, 5 assists and 7 steals. 9 of the teams 11 players scored in this balanced offensive effort. Max Fleming 7 pts along with support from Cameron Hart, Jared Couch and Noah Chambers.
The Tigers next game will be December 27th when they go to the Detroit Roundball Classic to face Cincinnati Withrow. Withrow is an Ohio powerhouse who travels to Michigan each winter holiday to face some of Michigan's best teams.
