Girls Varsity Basketball Win Season Opener

DECKERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: 22
The Varsity Girls Basketball team opened the season with a 54-22 victory over Deckerville on the road. Ella Sutton lead all scorers with 13 points followed by Sydney Upton with 10 and Meya Drob with 7. Ashlyn Upton and Darrah Mackenzie each pitched in with 6 points, Ava Baltierra 5, Marti Obry 3 and Jenna Maday 2. It was a complete TEAM effort and a well earned Victory for the Tigers. The girls travel to Kingston on Friday.
