ALMONT HIGH SCHOOL: 36
The Varsity Girls Basketball team defeated Almont Friday night 45-36 in a BWAC game played at Armada High School. The Tigers were lead in scoring by Claire Sniesak with 12 points, 12 rebounds, and 4 assists followed by Meya Drob 9 points, and Ashlyn Upton with 8. Seniors Hailey Schramm, 6 points and Emma Cleland, 5 points and 4 rebounds, had strong games at both ends of the floor. Ella Sutton had 3 points and 5 rebounds, and Meg Kubik scored 2 to round out the scoring. The win was a total Team effort.
Well Earned Girls!
The team travels to Warren-Woods Tower on Monday, December 20th for a non-league contest before resuming league play at Algonac on January 4, 2022.
