The JV Boys make a gutty comeback, putting up 3 runs in the last inning to beat Marine City!
Marshall Ridenour pitched a gem, striking out 10 in five innings to keep the Tigers within striking distance. Trailing by 2 entering the bottom of the seventh with one out, Zach Obodzinski walked along with James Raicevich. Kaden Meeks then ripped a liner than scored 1 and a Luke Pretty walk loaded the bases. After a pitching change for the Mariners, Ethan Koss stepped up and blasted a single to center scoring Raicevich and Nigel Navarro after a throw to the plate that got loose. That when the celebration began!!!
Kaden Meeks got the win on the mound in 2 innings of work, as the JV Tigers continue their winning ways.
Back to work Monday against the Imlay City Spartans, Go Tigers!!
