Girls Freshman Volleyball

Hi everyone! I'm Coach Amanda Folske. This is my 5th year coaching & I've been at Armada since Fall 2015. 

A little of my background- I graduated from Capac in 2006 where I played volleyball all throughout school. I've coached 7th & 8th grade Volleyball for 3 seasons & Freshman volleyball for 3 seasons. 

Outside of coaching, I am a wife & a mom. I have one son, his name is Joey and he is 4 yrs old. I have the wonderful privilege of being home with him everyday. I do substitute occasionally for Armada & I really enjoy that. I have two Associates degrees; one in Business Administration & one in General Education.

The coaching philosophy I go by is this: We are a family. From the time you step foot in that gym, you are apart of a team. Being a team means working together & supporting each other. As a team, we will treat each other like family. We will have respect for ourselves & for each other. All of this is crucial to a successful season & I hope you will all be on board.
