NORTH BRANCH AREA HIGH SCHOOL: 45
It was raining Threes in North Branch Wednesday night as the Tigers splashed 9 from long distance to hold off the 6-1 Lady Broncos 51-45. Meya Drob lead the way with five 3's for 15 points, followed by Kyra Sutton with 9 points( two 3's), Emma Gillies and Mady Ruczynski each had 7 pts, Emma Cleland and Autumn Chambers scored 4 a piece, Hailey Schramm scored 3 and Karsyn Fistler 2 to round out the scoring. Coach Baerwolf was happy with the team's effort and the season high sixteen assists! It was another great Team effort with defensive stoppers Lexi Simmons and Genna Marasco coming off the bench to help stifle the Bronco attack. The win improves the Tiger's record to 6-3 overall and 5-2 in the BWAC. The TEAM welcomes Richmond to the Armada gymnasium on Friday when we will recognize our Seniors for their commitment to the Program.
